Are you looking to get a head start on you studies this fall? Well, you’ve come to the right place. Seneca is offering the opportunity to brush up on your learning skills in communications, math and science to help you get ahead in your program. You will also have the opportunity to learn more about how to develop effective study habits and how to learn best online.
With access to peer mentors to help you get started at Seneca as well as peer tutors to answer your questions about communications, math and science, you will be supported as you transition into your first semester. Want to discuss how you learn best with someone? The Learning Centre offers support for you to learn more about how you learn best.
Communications
We will be hosting live sessions for Communications skills throughout the first week of September. Check in to this sessions to connect about Communications and get support from a peer mentor.
- Tuesday, September 8th at 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm
- Wednesday, September 9th at 11:00 am – 12:00 pm
- Thursday, September 10th at 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm
- Friday, September 11th at 11:00 am – 12:00 pm
Tutoring is also available to help you with the English language and academic writing (paraphrasing, essay structure, etc.). Book an English/writing tutoring appointment here.
